2026 April Meeting – Amy Shotwell And Bag Workshop

Amy Shotwell, from Pentwater where she owns “Sew Lets Be Quilty” and is full of brightly colored fabric, including Tula Pink and many other popular designers’ fabrics, was our speaker. The shop is full of bright colors and happy feelings and showcases many samples of tote bags.  Amy is thrilled to be with us to share her technical tips and design insights on bag making with fellow makers.

Check out the images below from the workshop on making a bag.
Check out the shop online at https://www.sewletsbequilty.com/  Or better yet take a road trip.
Lots of Community Outreach quilts turned in
Jill loved this pattern from Krista Moser

In Amy’s class, on Tuesday, the ladies made the pattern “Explorer Tote” by Noodlehead.

Not sure, but looks like they had a good time to me.
